Mike Carnell, Founder & Consultant
Mike began his career in the Continuous Improvement disciplines in the early 1980s' while employed at Motorola, which was at that time the crucible of the development Six Sigma methodologies. This make him one of the most experienced operations improvement providers in the world today. Mike is an accomplished speaker, author, and a leading expert in the field of business excellence and sustainable improvement. He is a trainer and coach in Lean, Six Sigma, and has taught executive programs in leadership and organizational development with a number of leading companies within various industries around the globe.

Ulices Calderon, Subject Matter Expert & Consultant
Ulices Calderon is our principal consultant for Lean engagements, training, and project management for CS International. He has over 16 years of experience working in various industries to rapidly initiate outcomes and lasting sustainability using measurable techniques. His expansive experience throughout his career, as a Lean, process engineer, production development, and supply chain/ logistics process improvement project manager makes him fluent in the language of business operations. Ulices worked as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with Dell Corporation and realized savings of $150M in productivity improvements and documented working capital savings. He has also provided training and implementation support in nineteen countries across a variety of industries and has led many leading companies' efforts to integrate Six Sigma into their existing Lean program which he achieved though driving Continuous Improvement Projects, realizing savings of $83M at BHP Billiton Diamonds, $80M at Lonmin, and $89M at BHP Billiton Base Metals.

Consuelo Esnaola, Director of Marketing & Business Development
Consuelo is a business development professional with over 25 years of experience in the areas of business development, marketing, public relations, community relations, and fundraising for companies in the public and private industry sectors. She is a dedicated professional with practical experience helping clients scale their natural business development goals to pursue market growth opportunities and boost their revenues. The difference in her approach is that she seeks to enhance aspects that are already working well for the client, while redefining, eliminating, or changing aspects that appear to hinder their overall business development direction so they can move closer to attaining their goals. Mrs. Esnaola is a professional member of Women Impacting Public Policy, Association of Proposal Management Professionals, American Marketing Association, International Association of Business Communicators, Association for Corporate Growth and a mentor in the Free Trade Alliance International Business Plan Program.

Dave Antis, VP of Private Equity Operations
Dave Antis brings more than 35 years of Manufacturing industry.
Helped a regional Real Estate Media company quadruple in size in 2.5 years across 6 Southern California counties
Helped SBTI as Vice President followed by GPS as Managing Partner enter into Venture Capital and Private Equity Consulting markets.
He was Sr. Vice President for Manufacturing, followed by Private Equity for Celerant Consulting for 8 years. Dave worked across 5 continents around the world deploying process improvement.
Dave was formerly the CEO of Uniworld Consulting, Inc., a international consulting firm working with Asian and North American corporations in the deployment of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, DFSS and Business Process Management.
He also served as the European Director of Operational Excellence and Total Quality for the Engineered Materials Sector of AlliedSignal.
Prior to joining AlliedSignal, Dave worked for Motorola. He helped improve the manufacturing capabilities in Europe, coordinated a cross-company team to develop advanced technologies for their “chip-on-board” design and helped to achieve major breakthroughs in their product reliability.
Prior to joining Motorola, Dave was a Manufacturing Engineer at Texas Instruments.
He earned a BS, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering from Oregon State University
